Terms of Service
Read this first. WootWatcher is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Woot, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. We show you deal information gathered from public pages, but we do not sell anything and cannot guarantee that a price or an item is still available.
Agreement
By downloading or using WootWatcher you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Davit Kamavosyan (“we”, “us”). Google is not a party to them.
What the app does
WootWatcher lets you save “watchers” — combinations of keywords, a price range and a category. The app checks publicly available product listings from woot.com at the times you choose and notifies you when something new matches.
The app is an information tool only. You cannot buy anything through it. Purchases happen on woot.com under that site's own terms.
No affiliation with Woot or Amazon
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Woot, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. or any of their subsidiaries. “Woot”, “Amazon” and all related names, marks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the app does.
Accuracy of deal information
Prices, discounts, stock status and product details are read from third-party pages and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Items can sell out or change price at any moment. Always confirm the current price and availability on woot.com before buying. We are not responsible for a purchase you make based on information shown in the app.
Notifications
Scheduled checks depend on your device, its network connection and Android's battery and background limits. Notifications may be delayed or missed, and we do not guarantee that you will be told about every matching deal.
Free version and advertising
The free version is supported by advertising and limits how many watchers and keywords you can create. You may also unlock premium features temporarily by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Ads are served by third parties and their content is not ours.
Subscriptions
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel at any time in Google Play › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy, not by us.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, use it to break any law, interfere with its operation or security, or use automated means to extract data from it at a scale that burdens our systems or those of any third party.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, its name and its logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own. Product names, images and descriptions shown in the app remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. The app depends on third-party sources and services, and if one becomes unavailable, parts of the app may stop working.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the app — including a missed deal, a delayed notification, or a purchase made in reliance on information shown. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app collects and how it is used. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
